Wilkins & Associates, Inc., "The People Professionals” a professional business and training-consulting company, was established in 1987 by Dr. Michael V. Wilkins, Sr.
Dr. Wilkins has earned the PPS (Preferred Professional Speakers) designation, and is the founder of several pro¬fessional speaking and training organizations, to include The National African American Speakers Association (NAASA) and The Young Speakers Association (YSA). He has written several best-selling books including “No Secrets to Success”, “The Business of Professional Speaking” and others on topics ranging from personal relationship (“The Christian Dating Game”)& business development to the Criminal Justice System (“Inside & Out”).
Dr. Wilkins was born and raised on the south side of Chicago; he has earned two PhD’s and lives the life he speaks about. He has traveled all over the United States and abroad training literally thousands of people providing them with realistic training to help them overcome the many challenges of their personal and professional lives.
Dr. Wilkins created his company upon one basic foundation; regardless as to the type of business or what you desire in life, people are the single most important aspect of suc¬ceeding in business, in life, or in personal relationships. As a result of over 30 yrs. of research, Tri-Fold Empowerment™ (Economic, Family & Spiritual Empowerment) was developed to help others find balance in their personal and professional lives; thus, “The People Professionals" were born.
