		<description>Regarding ISBNs... When I published EarthShift, I bought a series of 10 ISBN numbers. That was in 2000. I&#039;m close to publishing another book, and I&#039;m told I need to have &quot;978&quot; in front of the number I&#039;ve been issued. Do I? And if so, how do I go about getting that?
