Hi Wendy,

Seems like the economy has us all by the jugular these days. I am a financial newsletter writer and have been writing about this mess we are in for well over a year now. In fact I just finished my first book "Riding The Storm Out" ~ covering the collapse in the economy and the market. You can find out more about it at the website for my book (only an ebook at present, baby steps), www.financialfuturesanalysis.com

It is always wise to keep tabs on costs, and to seek more efficient ways to market one's work. I would like to say, however, that despite all the drum beating about the economy people are buying books. The conveyor belts at Ingram Book Company (the largest book distributor in the USA) are so packed with books being shipped right now that the pickers and packers have stacks shoulder high just waiting for a spot on the conveyor belt for weighting and placement of shipping labels. So, it seems to be a case today of "I can't afford to buy a new wide-screen television, but I got you this book ..." :-D
