She showed interest and attention to the smallest of independent publishers, such as myself, and her warmth and sincerity was evident and appreciated. I have been a PMA member for six years now, and I have developed an awareness and appreciation of how much she contributed to the stability and credibility of PMA. I only have the one regret of not being able to thank her in person, so I am thanking her today and all those with PMA who have made my journey into the book world a rewarding and enriching experience.
